Lockemy

Tim Lockemy is a indie rock singer/songwriter and lifestyle model based out of the Baltimore area. Lockemy has been an artist in the music industry for 25 years. In his early years, he was the frontman and guitarist in his high school band Ten Penny Thread consisting of Scott Spivey - Lead Guitar, Sean Molinar - Drums, and his brother Chris Lockemy - Bass. Their style was heavily influenced by bands of the 90’s - Alice in Chains, Dream Theater, and Soundgarden. After high school, Tim started to explore writing his own music that was more influenced by 80’s British artists like Depeche Mode, Tears for Fears, Seal and The Cure. His first EP released in 2005 Standing Alone was a harder album of rock tunes but with some Synth and Acoustic influences. After almost a 10 year absence from music Lockemy came out with the EP Machine with cut straight to the industrial and synth background he enjoyed so much. In 2019, he released two singles that were just acoustic and piano songs that explored the softer side of his musical interests. 2020 saw another single release which is a pre-cursor for his next EP release. Just Maybe gets more indie rock and brings him back to his roots as a Band Oriented song with just the basics: bass, guitars, drums and vocals. We are now patiently waiting for the release of his next project……
